We process all orders within 1-2 business days – no dilly-dallying here! Choose from our two far-out shipping options:

Standard Shipping (12.95 USD):
Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
Via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Mod Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Keep in mind international orders may be subject to customs fees – we can’t control these groovy government charges!

2. Returns Cooler Than a Mini Dress in December

Not loving your mod gear as much as we hoped? No worries! Our returns policy is simpler than an A-line shift dress.

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging

Mod Exception: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on Beatle Hats or Braces unless they’re defective. All other mod gear is returnable!

3. The Return Process – Tighter Than Your Favorite Chelsea Boots

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Email our returns mods at [email protected] with your order number
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (US customers only – international modsters cover return shipping)
  3. Package items securely (original packaging preferred – keep those mod boxes crisp!)
  4. Drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location

4. Refund Info – Clearer Than a Mod Mini Dress

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds appear in 7-10 business days (bank processing times vary)
  • PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International customers: we can’t refund original customs/duties fees.

5. Exchanges – Swap It Like It’s Hot

Want a different size or color? Just follow the return process and:

  • Include a note requesting your preferred exchange
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be refunded or invoiced
