Hey mod squad! At Fashion House Store, we want you to love your mod gear as much as we do. But if something’s not quite right, our returns policy is smoother than a well-breaked-in pair of Chelsea boots!

1. The Groovy Basics

You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging (keep those mod boxes crisp!)
Mod Note: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on Beatle Hats or Braces unless they’re defective. All other mod gear is returnable!

2. How to Start Your Return

Follow these steps tighter than your favorite mod blazer:

  1. Email our returns mods at [email protected] with your order number
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if you’re in the US (international modsters may need to cover return shipping)
  3. Package your items securely – we recommend using the original packaging
  4. Drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location

4. Refund Info That’s Clearer Than a Mod Mini Dress

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds appear in 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges – Swap It Like It’s Hot

Want a different size or color? Just follow the return process and:

  • Include a note requesting your preferred exchange
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Mod Tip: For faster exchanges, consider placing a new order and returning the original items separately. This gets your new mod gear to you quicker than you can say “Swinging Sixties!”

6. International Returns

For our worldwide mod family outside the US:

  • You may need to cover return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We can’t refund any original customs/duties fees

7. Defective or Wrong Items?

If we sent the wrong item or something’s defective (unlikely, but it happens):

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs
  • Get a replacement or full refund – your choice!
