1. The Groovy Basics
You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging (keep those mod boxes crisp!)
2. How to Start Your Return
Follow these steps tighter than your favorite mod blazer:
- Email our returns mods at [email protected] with your order number
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label if you’re in the US (international modsters may need to cover return shipping)
- Package your items securely – we recommend using the original packaging
- Drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location

4. Refund Info That’s Clearer Than a Mod Mini Dress
Once we receive your return:
- Processing takes 3-5 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds appear in 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges – Swap It Like It’s Hot
Want a different size or color? Just follow the return process and:
- Include a note requesting your preferred exchange
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- If the exchange costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
6. International Returns
For our worldwide mod family outside the US:
- You may need to cover return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We can’t refund any original customs/duties fees
7. Defective or Wrong Items?
If we sent the wrong item or something’s defective (unlikely, but it happens):
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll cover all return shipping costs
- Get a replacement or full refund – your choice!
